Priority number 1 in the gym will always be your safety. Priority 2 will be an education piece to our workouts. I want to give you the skills & tools to do this own your own!
Online training will be delivered via my own training app. Here you will have videos for every exercise imaginable so you’re not left hanging on your own.
We will have DAILY text check ins and WEEKLY Skype/phone calls. Specialized video instruction to help with form break down & cues to help with the movements. Workouts follow a monthly rotation with week-week adjustments for compound movements.
Expect to be challenged every training session with a focus on linear progression. Each week I will ask a little more of you while keeping you safe.
I would be happy to discuss building sustainable habits for your diet & nutrition goals.
Expect the workout to last roughly 45 min. There will always be a warmup to start and stretching at the end of the workout.
My goal is to find give you the same training session times each week. This will help you be more consistent. I require a 24 hour notice of cancellcancellation. If you need to cancel within the 24 hour notice you will be charged the full rate of your session.
The gym is a private facility that caps membership. Depending on your scheduled time there will be anywhere from 0-8 people in the 3,000sq foot facility.
